Dashboard → Your website → Brand assets at the top. Upload a file or paste a URL; changes are live within seconds.

Open your dashboard → Your website. Scroll to the "Brand assets" section at the top.
You can either: - Upload a file (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, up to 5MB) - Paste a public image URL
Changes are live on the next page load — there's no per-site build pipeline. We persist the URL on your generated_sites row and the renderer reads it at request time.
