Daily picks reset at YOUR local midnight.
The dashboard reads your timezone from the browser. If you're in PT and finishing picks at 11:30pm Wed, you still see Wed's queue — the rollover happens at midnight in your timezone, not server time.
Picks are computed at request time from a deterministic scoring function over your warm-market contacts, so the same query in the same minute always returns the same list.
